Hi all. I am wanting to use my Skaven and Daemons of Chaos as allies. I know this kind of thing is easily done in the latest edition of 40K but in the Warhammer rulebook it talks about alliances of two or more players per side.

If I wanted to use two different Warhammer armies, would people object if I spent say 1500 points on Skaven and 1000 points on Daemons, using the normal limitations e.g. 25% of my total points on Lords, etc? What happens with standard bearers and inspiring presence etc, do the allied contingent of Plaguebearers/Great Unclean One use the leadership and BSB of the Skaven?

Have you seen the rules for Daemon pacts in Storm of Magic? I think they would be ideal for what you are suggesting.

FLAMES OF WAR: Soviet Strelkovy, Hungarian Harckocsizó Század
NETEPIC: Orks, Imperial Fists
TOMORROWS WAR: Democratic Peoples Republic of Glory
WARHAMMER: Vampire Counts, Chaos Warriors
40K: Guard, Dark Angels
